Catering Planners are available by phone Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM. Other times by appointment.
Tastings are available for a modest fee (depending on food selections) and the fee is deducted from your bill if you book us. Call to make your appointment.

If you are serving wedding cake or other items, you may wish to omit the dessert items. Some clients choose to serve fruit with the cake as an alternative for their guests.

Shaffer's works with other Professional Wedding Vendors who provide additional items such as favors, wedding cakes, cupcakes and custom menu items. These vendors are licensed and insured businesses and we welcome, with review, their items as part of your special day. Due to liability concerns, we do not allow any home prepared foods or food prepared by non-licensed/uninsured caterers or food prepared in non-health department inspected facilities to be served at the same event with our food.
